My knee has been giving me trouble, and with a marathon 1 week away, I'm a getting pretty nervous about it.  I know I need to rest my leg as much as possible, but if you know me at all, you know this is *very* difficult for me.  I'm trying to remember it will be worth it when I'm crossing the finish line.

The weather here has been up and down, back and forth - it is getting exhausting.  I can't plan outdoor activities, and keeping these 3 happy has been a challenge!  Times like these make me glad they have each other.

This girl turns 4 on Tuesday!  Generic line:  it has gone so fast, I can't believe it has been 4 years, where has the time gone, etc.

Her blonde hair, huge smile, warm and tender heart, shy spirit - it's all perfection.  She is uniquely made in God's perfect image, literally hand picked by a doctor with God's Grace behind him to be my child.  When I think back to how we got her - out of 18 eggs retrieved, only 1 embryo made it, she hung in there and grew and grew even when her twin didn't - I am reminded of just how special she is.  What a gift we were given on April 23rd, 4 years ago!

Last night was the daddy/daughter princess ball and David's work.  We tried on a few cowboy hats before getting ready.

I had my aunt help me with Paige's hair.  Anything above a basic pony tail is far above my pay grade.

She was so excited.

Love them.

Poor bubbas had to stay home with me.  But I made it fun for them by getting a pizza, going to the park, and letting them take an extra long bath!

I had someone leave a comment asking why I wasn't posting very much anymore.  Was it because I had run out of ways to make my life look perfect?  lollol.  No.  That's not it.  I'm very busy.  When the kids are sleeping (which is getting more and more rare with the boys in big boy beds), I'm doing laundry for 5 people, cleaning up a kitchen that feeds us 3 times a day, picking up a playroom that twin boys can destroy just by looking at it...

I have told myself that I'll blog every time I take out the big camera, and I have stuck to that!
